Job Description

    Job Title: Field Collection Executive (DRA Certified)Location:Chennai and All Over TamilnaduDepartment: Collections / RecoveryEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a DRA-certified Field Collection Executive to manage the recovery of overdue accounts through field visits while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills to achieve collection targets in an ethical and professional manner.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers to collect overdue loan, EMI, or outstanding payments.Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely settlement of dues.Follow up on payment commitments and update collection activities in the system.Maintain accurate records of customer visits, recoveries, and account status.Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the appropriate internal teams.Ensure all recovery activities comply with RBI guidelines, DRA code of conduct, and company policies.Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while resolving payment-related concerns.Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets within the defined timelines.Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (Mandatory).DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is Mandatory.Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in field collections, banking, NBFC, or financial services are welcome to apply.Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Required SkillsStrong communication skills in the local language and basic English.Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.Knowledge of debt recovery processes and ethical collection practices.Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Travel allowance/reimbursement as per company policy.Statutory benefits (PF, ESI, etc.) as applicable.Training, career development, and growth opportunities.
