Job Description

Position: Network EngineerLocation: ChennaiExperience: Fresher can apply (2018 and 2019)Qualification: Diploma and ITI (EEE,ECE and CSE)Purpose of the RoleResponsible for 100% customer Service and maintenance of network element on field in the designated areaRole Description

  1. Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime 2. Ensure that Bonus and Bonts (Switches) in the network are maintained as per norms 3. Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams 4. Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals 5. Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TQT 6. Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting 7. Monitor NMS through SMS/ mails and take appropriate action based on the events 8. Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required 9. Avoid Churn of customers through better service within the SLA or Commitment 10. Responsible for process adherence 11. Provide structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service levelKey Result Areas
This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of material and time consumption, quality adherence and brining in areas of improvement for process betterment in the organizationRecruitment SpecificationsEducation 1. Diploma and ITI (EEE, ECE and CSE) 2. Hardware & Networking, MCSE and CCNA preferredPlease Note:-
  1. Two wheeler and driving licence is mandatory
  2. 6 days working and Week Off will be on a weekday. Saturday & Sunday they have to work Compulsorily.
  3. Work Timing 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (They will be required to extend on most of the days Based on customer complaint)
