Job Description

    Overview:As a Field Sales Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the overall business development strategy. You will be required to work in the field, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition:Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their business requirements and introduce products/services.Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business objectives.Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales. strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling pitches and presentations.Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Provide feedback to the internal teams regarding market demands and client preferences.Proposal Development:Prepare and present proposals and quotations to clients, outlining the value proposition and benefits of the products/services.Negotiation and Closing:Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in field sales and business development. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of the industry and market trends. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
