Position Summary
DESCRIPTIONProvides customer support through the performance of on- siteinstallation , as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses ,troubleshooting , service , and repair of complex equipment and systems.Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment.Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technicalmatters for assigned projects.JOB COMPLEXITYWorks on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or datarequires a review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within definedprocedures and practices to determine appropriate action.SUPERVISIONNormally receives general instructions on routine work , detailedinstructions on new projects or assignments.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.KNOWLEDGE / SKILLDeveloping professional expertise.
