Job Description

    Required Fianance Executive & Senior Fianance Executive with 4 to 5 years of job experience.Candidate must have worked for any manufacturing company.Job location - Maraimalai Nagar Candidate staying nearby will be preferable.Education - B.Com /M.ComCandidate should be reporting to the Finance Manager of the company.Knowledge of accounting programs.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and processes.To handle the day-to-day accounting function and ensure closing of books in time boundmanner on periodic basis including periodic bank reconciliation, provisions/accruals,ledger scrutiny, vendor & employee payments, GST Invoicing etc.Statutory compliance e.g. timely payment of TDS, Prof tax, PF, etc and periodic returnfiling. Preparation of data for filing GST & TDS returns and payment on a timely basis.To handle Tax audits & Tax assessments.To assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial results for Managementreview.To assist Manager F&A in timely closure of all audits e.g. Statutory, Internal and Tax audits.Maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with team members and others bydemonstrating productivity, initiative, flexibility, cooperation, and commitment to thesuccess of F&A team.
