Description of Responsibilities : Manage & maintain all financial transactions of the company Track and report on client billing and recoveries Reconcile bank statements/ accounts with transactions Log all receipts and expenses for the entire company Work closely with the chartered accountant, auditor, and external agencies Experience in electronics imports, Bill of entries, customs duties & processes Track and file service taxes, VAT, TDS, excise duty etc Experience with regulations & compliance across multiple states and major metros Compile and verify payroll, stock options, expense report, etc Constantly seek out vendors who offer better quality & pricing Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising revenues, expenses, etc Complies with all Government regulations Soft skills: Knowledge of Tally, MS- Office, and related tools Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in English required.
