As an Executive in the National Assurance team at EY, you will be part of a sector-agnostic group working across various industries, providing you with a well-rounded experience. You will be involved in ASU - FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services, where you play a crucial role in protecting and serving the public interest, promoting transparency, and supporting investor confidence and economic growth. Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring that client accounts comply with the necessary audit standards Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees Demonstrating proficiency in financial analysis and reporting to offer actionable insights Applying strong understanding of accounting principles and standards to support diverse financial services Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations Applying general consulting skills effectively to address client needs and enhance financial processes Utilizing knowledge in risk management practices to identify and mitigate potential financial risksYour role will also involve providing service offerings such as External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offerings, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support, among others.As a Chartered Accountant fresher, you are expected to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
