Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are hiring forFinnacle Ebanking Application SupportExperience : 2 to 5 yearQualification :BE/B.Tech/MTechAnnual CTC : 10LPALocation : ChennaiJOB DESCRIPTION:1) Knowledge in FEBA corporate/retail netbanking application (eBanking)2) Knowledge in full functionality of the ebanking product3) Level 2 production support experience and Incident management (Proper Incident and problem management working with various teams like infrastructure,development to resolve,analysis of root cause for complex issues and outages)4) Raising ticket in supporting tools and closely following up with vendors to fix the issue5) Analyze the logs (HIF and middleware) to troubleshoot the issue6) Patch update,batch jobs and cache refresh for the application7) Deployment support for monthly patch update, bug fixes and change request implementation8) Knowledge in Oracle web logic and oracle databases (tables and DB structure)9) Knowledge in Performance and security issue analysis in FEBA10) Primary Testing for the fixes received from vendor in T&D11) Monitoring Application services and availability12) Supporting the change requests in the application13) Driving any new enhancements in the application THANKS & REGARDSHR
