About Cloud and Network ServicesCloud and Network Services, include the existing Nokia Software business (excluding Mobile Networks network management), Nokia s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its current Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.Job DescriptionThis Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a high level of support. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels and serving the customer independently directly or through customer interface.Mission Ensure operational excellence by implementing a process to continuously monitor and improve Services business execution performance Provide transparency on Key Projects in the Region/Sub Region across Service Businesses Foster report automation, off shoring and streamlining of reporting in the Region Responsibility Fault management/configuration of PS Core network. knowledge of 2G/3G/EPC network setup, routing and all type of signaling and call flow concept with all PS core nodes like Gn, Gi, Gx, Gy, S5, S8, S11,interfaces Experience in troubleshooting and Trace analysis of Gn, Gi, Gx/Gy, S11, S5/S8, interfaces Experience in troubleshooting of Diameter , GTP (GTPv1 and GTPv2) , TCP & UDP Protocol .related issues by Analysing Interface & User traces of UMTS and EPC Nodes Experience of PACO 2G/3G/LTE nodes in configurational changes on Nokia as well as Ericsson PACO nodes like EPG,MME, SGSN , PGW ,GGSN Ensuring the required uptime and service levels for PACO nodes / services by effective O&M for the nodes. Coordinating with care team for handling resolved cases Interfacing with other Technical Teams Coordinating with Circle team if onsite support required on faults Hand over and activity sheet preparation Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / system Ensure to Acknowledge and close TT/CR within SLA/OLA Trouble Ticket handling Customer Issue handling Ensuring Post check of activities done during Maintenance Window Preparation of script and Impact analysis for changes that needs to be done in PS core nodesTechnology: 2G/3GProduct: SGSN/GGSN/CMD/PCS/AAA/iDNS/LI and MPBN Nodes.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
