Job Description

  • FP&A inventory and overall SCM reporting (airfreight)
  • Execution of / Supervision over Inventory reporting to ensure timely and accurate management reporting
  • Responsible for financial planning processes (Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecast) and preparation of monthly performance reviews of inventory across all businesses and markets, and report out to ISC Management
  • Report out on forward looking A&E, SSL on a monthly basis and define together with the business actions to reduce the impact
  • Coordinate the Quarterly booking for A&E, SSL and perform the NRV calculation
  • Follow up on questions regarding the Inventory reporting from Markets / BG s / SCM function
  • Identify opportunities to increase reporting quality/efficiency or to improve user-experience
  • Identify inventory reporting activities in finance functions in Markets / BG s / Other COE s, take over these activities and harmonize and standardize across BG s and markets.
  • Set-up factory inventory reporting
  • Inventory analysis
  • Analysis of the monthly inventory results and follow up on significant deviations
  • Ad hoc analysis of inventory performance
