To print and carry appropriate reports at regular intervals (for an updated status) and be ready to refer to the reports when approached by a checking in guest. 2. To be positioned at the Lobby as per planning, and approach the guests at the main porch and assist in check in as per SOP. 3. To use the standard talk lines as per SOP. 4. To coordinate, proactively, with the concierge for airport pickup. 5. To go through the arrival list thoroughly and mark on the preferences and profile notes to be used in the talk lines. 6. To be updated with the status of the blocked room. 7. To take and secure proper mode of payment from a high risk guests. 8. To handover the guests messages on arrival. 9. To inform the Front Office coordinator for any room blocking change. 10. To sell the rooms to a walk-in on the Best Available rate of the day. 11. All details in the Registration Card should be complete and accurate. 12. To follow the standards and procedures on guest registration 13. To obtain the mode of payment. 14. To coordinate with the Bell Desk for all arrivals so that the luggage are delivered on time. 15. To ensure all A&D entries are, legibly, noted with accurate information. 16. To store all used A&D registers in the Front Office Record Room
