Job Description

    • reeting clients / customers / visitors in a professional, graceful and courteous manner.
    • Managing the reception area, ensuring the Conference / Board Rooms are always presentable and keeping the Ground Floor office area tidy and clean.
    • Answering phone calls, taking messages and redirecting calls to the appropriate personnel.
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail / courier packages.
    • Arranging for booking of cabs, flight tickets & hotel accommodation.
    • Blocking Board / Conference Room for meetings, effectively & as required.
    • Allotting new file numbers as & when new cases come up, as directed.
    • Assisting the manager in summarising the cab and flight monthly statements including an expenses summary of cab, flight and hotel for the year.
    • Preparation of the certificates for the Interns.
    • Providing assistance to the lawyers in case of typing, formatting a document etc.
    • Generally assisting the Manager in the administration of the office
