Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for Design Engineer with solid exp in Gear design, Gear standards (ISO/AGMA/DIN), FEA, Gear Calculation, KISSSOFT, KISSSYS, ROMAX.

  • Knowledge of gear design, gear profile optimization and gear tribology.
  • Knowledge on gear standards ISO/DIN/AGMA etc,.
  • Knowledge of DFMEA and gearbox design.
  • Knowledge of gear and gearbox testing methodology.
  • Knowledge of gearbox simulation system level calculation using KISSsoft / KISSsys / ROMAX.
  • Knowledge of gear failure analysis root cause finding.
  • Knowledge of gear manufacturing process like Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping, Milling, Gear grinding etc.
  • Knowledge of heat treatment process for gears
  • Selection of material for gears, shafts and selection of bearings, seals etc.
  • Knowledge of tooth contact analysis for cylindrical gear pairs and planetary stage design
