Job Description

    We have an opening for a talented individual like you to join our team and contribute to our Genesys Contact Center Solutions. We are seeking a Genesys Routing Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Routing Development for Genesys Contact Center Solutions, specifically in Voice, IVR, and Multi-channel communication. In this role, you will be responsible for developing routing workflows using Composer and troubleshooting SCXML extensively. You should have a strong understanding of Orchestration Server (ORS) and a deep knowledge of GRAT. Experience with ECMA scripting is essential, along with the ability to design, develop, and debug routing solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, and URS.As a Genesys Routing Developer, you will work with the Genesys Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components. You will have the opportunity to architect routing design and development for new solutions tailored to our customers needs. A clear understanding of reporting (GIM/ICON) schema and the impact of routing changes on reporting is crucial. You will also be involved in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years of Routing Development Experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR, and Multi-channel)
    • Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer
    • Extensive SCXML troubleshooting skills
    • Experience in Orchestration Server (ORS)
    • Extensive knowledge of GRAT (Genesys Rules Authoring Tool)
    • Experience in ECMA scripting
    • Designing, developing, and debugging routing solutions implemented using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, and URS
    • Working knowledge of Genesys Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components
    • Ability to architect routing design and development for new solutions
    • Clear understanding of reporting (GIM/ICON) schema and impacts to reporting with respect to routing changes
    • Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
