This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.PURPOSE:As part of the Real Time Communication global billing team, you are responsible for 62 countries globally and the fixed, mobile and Voice & Video conferencing spend analytics for those countries.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Experience of 10-12 years in Telecom billing and implementing new Telecom Billing systems Good working knowledge of bill reconciliation and financial mechanicsTechnical enough to understand Telephony expense management and associated governanceResponsible for billing automation and reporting analyticsAbility to manage software platform and drive analytics, dashboards, and trending reportsPerformance/stability reviews/improvementsService improvement plans, saves and negotiation skillsPrioritize work to successfully deliver service in a diverse environmentAbility to independently manage multiple concurrent projects and changing prioritiesStrong technical leadership, project management and presentation skillsClaw backs, credit management with key suppliersVendor management and negotiation skillsLeading a team of 6 people, excellent people management skills are mandatoryQualifications & Skills:University degree preferred but not essentialStrong financial skills, multi-currencyFinancial Services experience preferred but not essentialVery strong knowledge of carrier landscape, rates and tariffs, CAS and TEMSKnowledge supporting large and diverse environments across multiple countriesDriving savesVery good understanding and working knowledge of ITILExcellent communication, both written and verballySelf-starter, able to self-manage with strong collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with othersAbility to work under pressure, multi-task and deliverProven track record in driving execution,
