Global IT delivery Head- InsuranceRole - Global Delivery Head - Insurance domain mustRequisites : - Global Delivery Head is a highly visible position central to the overall account ownership and client relationship for whole geography.- With a full P&L, you will sell, lead and execute to develop and deliver Insurance industry-centric technical solutions, helping the Insurance industry turn digital disruptions into competitive advantage.- Your unit will bring together Insurance industry talent, domain knowledge, agile capabilities, cutting edge technology know-how, frameworks, and automation assets to simplify processes, enhance operating environments, mitigate operational risks, modernize operating models, and increase process efficiency and effectiveness for clients.Given the transformation agenda impacting the entire Insurance industry, this is arguably a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual with a long and well documented track record of success in Technology services delivery or consulting to the Insurance industry.This will translate into a great opportunity for delivering technology solutions, identifying client opportunities, talent management and competency building.- Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts that fall under the Horizontal.- Would be leading their Insurance/BFSI IT delivery.- Should have Application Development/maintenance/System integration and consulting as his portfolio- Having diverse team across several continents.- Preferably who set up greenfield sizeable operation (at least one)- Should have come from tech background and can have an engaging and provoking conversation with CXOs/buyers- Thought leadership/Speaker/ Blogs (has a rich content to offer) - Enthusiastic/High Energy/Go getter/Collaborative and peace maker- Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight - Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies t and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate- Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the horizontal.- The role would also need to closely work with Vertical Heads / SBU / CU heads / CEMs / Global Account Managers in business development, competency building and complete responsibility & ownership for Delivery excellence in the respective Technology practice area.Qualification, Skills & Experience : - Overall 20-28 experience in the industry with a minimum 15 years+ of experience covering delivery management for either a large accounts ( > 750 people) or a set of multiple accounts.- Qualification : Post Graduate from reputed Institutions like IIMs / IITs / Tier 1 Management & Technology Institutions from India or aboard with Computer Science specialization,
