Job Description

    This includes handling A&D programming, order tracking, managing, and actioning the Fleet database and support Go Fast vehicles with the needed business developments. This role involves cross functional interaction with Finance, Sales Programming, Product Development, Logistics, ASO, Aftersales, SESE and is not limited to typical sales role.Skill & Knowledge Ability to communicate effectively across all levels Business Acumen / Fast Learner problem solving ability Self-starter Customer focused Fluency in English (written & spoken) High level of organizational ability Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills & SharePoint Must be able to work unsupervised and use initiative when required. Distributor facing Role to support all aspects relating to Global Fleet Sales (US, AP, ME and EU GFS Teams). Need to work within in multiple time zones to support. Support assigned distributor with evaluating production and sales forecasts that are realistic and consistent with company targets Ensure assigned dealer / distributor delivers on monthly production and ideal order mix and manage orders to Delivery Ensure adequate Product planning / unique fleet related requirements are defined and pursued for Aid and Development Distributor Support the creation of WIQS quotes for NA Source and Manage WIQs quotes process for Non-NA Source. Day to Day Sales planning and support of Start of the Week calls, rendition status, liaising with Distributor on programming requirements (SOW / rendition / ordering / GDBP) Liaise with Finance Teams to support pricing strategies Comparisons, evaluation of product and product offering. Develop unique PCV offerings to support GFS Business Requirements. Liaise with various Order Guide Teams (Globally) Support and help with problem solving on shipment routes Support with providing GFS guidance on products available for ordering through Vista Monitor GORT Sharepoint and ensure the requests from Distributor are being timely managed Complete weekly minutes of meetings with various GFS touch points (Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America) Aftersales co-ordination / Warranty recording Operational control (AFR, MCRP, OIC) Set up and Monitor tracker for all units in production versus approvals obtained by Compliance Analyst,
