This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Global Process Manager for Plan to Perform is responsible for leading the Plan to Perform organisation within the Global Financial Services organisation. Partnering with the Global Process Owner and Finance leadership to develop the right team, processes, systems and relationships to deliver world class Planning activities and Management information across the Group.This role requires the ability to successfully lead thought and teams across the organisation in a wide range of topics, including:Process StrategyPlay a lead role in forming and then execute a Strategy and action plan to identify, migrate, standardise and automate P2P activity across the GroupHelp drive the development if future state infrastructure and systems plans aligned with Finance s Target Operating Model and technology transformation agendaDevelop & deliver an effective organisation structure which finds the right balance between process standardisation and specialist business / functions advisory capabilityAs a senior leader within the Global Financial Services organisation, actively contribute to the development of the broader strategic agenda of the GFSDevelop meaningful relationship with all key FP&A / P2P teams across the organisation, advising CFOs on how best to achieve their vision & shorter term process objectivesProcess ExcellenceOwn the continuous improvement agenda for Plan to Perform. Developing processes, tools, techniques & mindsets to drive continuous improvement and optimisation across the P2P communitySpecifically partner with dedicated GPMs to drive process improvement for key P2P processes such as Planning, Scorecards, Management Information and cost allocationsChampion the capabilities of the GFS across the Group, proactively identifying opportunities for elimination, migration, standardisation & automation across the networkDevelop a seamless process delivery capability across GFS locations (currently Chennai, Bangalore, Kenya & Warsaw)Partner with broader GFS and GPO organisation to develop industry best practice process measurement & management techniques and toolsets, yielding optimisation opportunitiesEstablish a CFO recognised quality assessment framework to continuously provide a meaningful understanding of the cost benefit of P2P workReengineer the underlying target setting, costing and service level agreement process for P2P to relentlessly focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness objectivesPartner with IT to develop and sustain a fit for purpose infrastructure to underpin P2P activityPeople and Talent Establish & develop an effective team of dedicated Global Process Managers, capable of leading a team of ~400 people and key P2P processes.Establish a trusted advisor relationship with Finance Management and key CFOsChampion the people development agenda within P2P in the GFSDevelop a sustainable talent management approach for P2P within the GFS which attracts and retains top talent.Budgets and Central InitiativesAs a GFS senior leader, and a member of the GFS Management Team, actively contribute to the strategic development of the GFS and support driving GFS collective agenda.Ensure adherence to the GFS P2P budget as set for the Business Unit.Governance Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct.Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.Ensure Standard Governance Process across various verticals in line with GPO strategyMonitoring of Financials for GPO and ensuring the actual are in line with Budgets/ForecastsTrack and drive Cost save initiatives across in partnership with BAU verticalsProvide decision support and recommendations for various key initiatives that cut across the Business Unit (Plan to Perform, Management and Cost Reporting)Key StakeholdersGlobal Process Owner Plan to PerformGlobal Process ManagersFinance Operations LeadershipGroup Head of FP&A & their leadership teamBusiness, Region & Country CFOs & Heads of FP&AHead - Global Financial Services and the leadership teamGroup Finance Strategic Change teamExternal auditors, local and overseasSenior members of other Finance Services Centres in the industry.QUALIFICATIONS:Chartered Accountant or MBA from Premium institutes with 15+ years of proven finance experience in leading and transforming substantial performance management processes within an FP&A environmentApply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.,
