Job Description

    You are currently seeking a Senior IT Leadership Recruiter for our esteemed Fintech Client, with a focus on overseas recruitment. This role is based in Chennai (Siruseri), and we are looking for candidates who reside in close proximity or are willing to travel, as it follows a work from office model.With a required experience range of 9 to 14 years, the ideal candidate should possess expertise in Leadership Hiring, Fintech Hiring, as well as Sales and Delivery Hiring for Fintech organizations. The scope of geographies involved in this role includes Europe, US, UK, APAC, Middle East, among others.The budget set for this position ranges from 15 lpa to 20 lpa. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to be a proficient recruitment specialist, adept at talent acquisition across various regions like Europe, US, Middle East, APAC, etc., specifically for leadership roles. Applicants from either a recruitment agency background or an IT corporate environment are welcome.
