Job Description

    GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture. Someone who can lead, take ownership of tasks, and wear multiple hats across roles.Job Description, include but is not limited to :1) Manage buy-side mandates (corporates and late-stage startups) and lead sell-side (early-stage IT and product Services) sourcing independently2) Own IT services and Upcoming tech (Cloud, Testing, etc) and strategize demand generation strategy around it3) Improve our processes and methodologies from sales and customer success perspective4) Write or give inputs to thought leadership articles on few industry verticals on social media channels5) Develop relationships with clients for upsell opportunities6) Any other role, as per requirementPreferred experience :1) 3-5 years of work experience in M&A / Fundraise for IT Services (experience in small deals)2) Worked in Client facing roles3) Worked across tech dealsSalary : As per industry standardsAbout us :GrowthPals AI / ML powered Personal Digital Investment Banking platform provides data and intelligence driven strategic recommendations on acquisitions, acquihires, and strategic investments.
