Job Description

    Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and highly organized Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Your role will involve fostering strong relationships, addressing guest needs, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for throughout their interaction with our organization.Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
    • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
    • Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns promptly and efficiently.
    • Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
    • Assist guests with requests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations.
    • Listen to and address guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Find solutions to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Create a positive and welcoming environment for all guests.
    • Ensure the hotels facilities and services are maintained to a high standard.
    • Oversee the arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
    • Provide personalized service and attention to VIP guests.
    • Maintain open communication with guests and other hotel staff.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
    • Gather guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of guest service and hotel operations.
    • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of MS Office and guest management systems.
    • A friendly, professional, and customer-first attitude.
