Job Description

    Role: Manager / Sr. Manager FP&A Qualification: CA candidates only Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification Role details The role offers opportunities to lead a team on multiple challenging client assignments across varied sectors and geographies. The role is a mix of Planning & Analysis, Management accounting and Financial reporting, indicatively including the tasks below.- Forecasting, business plans, budgeting- Detailed profitability analysis, segment reporting, utilization analysis, business plans, complex financial statements- GAAP-compliant financial statements for different geographies, multi-currency and multi-entity reporting- Audit support in various geographies- Front ending client interactions- Preparation of analyses and presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings, etc Skills/competencies required - Expertise in accounting concepts, accounting platforms and GAAP (IFRS/ IND AS/ US GAAP)- Familiarity and experience with advanced management accounting tools and techniques- Expert knowledge on Excel financial modelling techniques and standard practices- Strong analytical skills- Knowledge of analytical tools and techniques and consolidation tools would be an added advantage- Certification courses in Analytics/ GAAP would be an added consideration- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and leading FP&A/ management reporting projects with a team- Scheduling and project management skills- Experience in preparing management presentation decks and dashboards would be an added advantage- Candidates must be very agile and quality-focused in their work approach and must be willing to be very hands-on with delivery alongside the team- Candidates based out of Bangalore / Willing to re-locate to Bangalore immediately preferred.This job opening was posted long time back.
