Assesses the implementation of his(her) standards and the technical risks (incl. manufacturability) based on a detailed checklist.Supports and challenges the engineering team in defining action plan and tracks progress.Supports the engineering teams to solve difficult technical issues when needed.Assesses de - standardization requests issued by project teams.Technical training Performs trainings to worldwide simultaneous engineering teams (through a Technical Institute)Developing and or supporting development of Valeo Internal Standards Professional Experience 10 - 15 years of experience in the HW design , Development and Validation.Exposure to New Product Introduction & Design Review ProcessHigh Speed Digital Designs.Analog & Mixed Signal Designs. System Architecture development , optimization and complete product life cycleMaster HW implementation for communication protocols like I2C , SPI , CAN , LIN , USB , Bluetooth , Ethernet , MIPI , HW design using micro controller , FPGA , LDO , Serializers , Memory device like DDR s , LCD , TouchPower Budgeting , PCB design guidelines , design considerations for EMCMaster in using simulation tools like SIMETRIX , MATHCAD , MATLABDesign considerations for EMC / EMIDFR & validation planningExperience in developing DFMEA , WCA & other design documentationProduct safety assessment , added advantage Exposure to product cost optimization ,
