NTT DATA Services currently seeks a HC & Insurance Operations Senior Rep to join our team in Chennai , Tamil N du (IN - TN) , India (IN). In These Roles You Will Be Responsible For: Create reports for various clients under Life Insurance Business and circulate those reports to the processing team. SLA Inventory Reports has to be circulated to the processing team thrice a day. Reports will have to be generated through Report Viewer , format the report and should send out to Onshore team. Billing Reports across customers has to be generated , reviewed and forward them to respective stakeholders. Quality Related Reports across clients has to be created and circulate them on weekly basis. Flat files (Audited tasks) has to be complied and needs to be circulated on monthly basis across all customers. Verifying proper completion of all the reports assigned to each client All the reports are time critical and needs to be sent out on time without any delay with 100% accuracy. Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities. Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge on Life Insurance Industry and Reports. Requirements for this role includes: Both Under Graduates and Post Graduates can . Able to work independently; strong analytic skills. Detail - oriented; ability to organize and multi - task. Ability to make decisions. Required computer skills: should possess a working knowledge of MS Office applications , and understand how to navigate through web - based applications. Demonstrate strong reading comprehension and writing skills. Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work in flexible shifts (preferably AR & Night Shift) Preferences: - Ability to communicate (Oral / Written) effectively to exchange information with our client. Any Graduate with English as a compulsory subject. Required schedule availability for this position is Monday - Friday (6 PM to 4 AM IST). The shift timings can be changes as per client requirements. Additionally , resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends as per business requirments.
