Job Description

    HCC (Hierarchical conditioncategory) rankdiagnosis codes into categories that represent conditions with similar cost patterns, projecting the cost of care. This includes diagnosis and treatment and is typically later used for insurance and medical billing purposes. Risk adjustment uses current demographic information and diagnosis data to predict future medical expenses. HCC coding helps paint a picture of each patients health status by ensuring documentation and coding are at the highest level of specificity.Requirements
    • HCC Coders should have mandatory certified with CRC certification
    • HCC Coders should Analyse/ abstract the medical records and assign codes to diagnoses and procedures.
    • HCC Coders should be aware of HCC guidelines and ICD 10 Guidelines and Correct coding initiatives.
    • HCC coders should possess 98% accuracy and to demonstrate high level of quality in clinical coding work, identifying and validating HCC mapped diagnoses for better revenue, Organized and complete medical records to be used for patient billing and account management, So HCC Coders able to identify the errors on the documentation
