Responsibilities include meticulously reviewing loan applications, assessing documentation accuracy. Verifying adherence to established lending criteria and identifying any deviations or discrepancies.Responsibilities: Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation. Identify any deviations from policies or procedures and investigate root causes. Review assessment data to ensure authenticity and accuracy of the data received Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with evolving standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of loan origination, Processing, Validations & verifications processes and procedures.Qualification & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in any field. Minimum 2 years of experience in US Mortgage 4 C underwriting, Validations & verifications in Australian Mortgage domain. Proven experience in loan auditing, preferably in banking or financial services environment. Strong understanding of Australia, USA, or UK lending regulations is essential for this role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with loan origination systems and other relevant software applications.
