KExperience Required: 3-9 Years(only eligible)Job SummaryThe Senior Analyst Order Management is responsible for overseeing end-to-end order lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in order processing. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end order processing including order entry, validation, fulfillment, and invoicing- Review and validate customer orders for completeness and accuracy- Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution- Handle order-related escalations and provide timely resolution- Monitor order queues and ensure SLA adherence- Perform root cause analysis on order issues and implement corrective actions- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems- Support audits and compliance requirements- Provide regular reports and insights on order performance metrics- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvementRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field- 6-9 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chain- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Attention to detail and high level of accuracyPreferred Qualifications- Experience in shared services or global delivery environment- Knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) processes- Exposure to automation tools or process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
