Job Description

    Overseeing all property and facilities management operations, waste management and recycling, cleaning and various housekeeping, janitorial and workplace services e.g. Mail Room services, Meeting and Conference Room Management, Facility Helpdesk Services, Concierge Services, Fitness centre, Recreation Centre, Cafeteria & Pantry Services Management.Travel arrangements and transportation management, Space management, Campus lighting, Horticultural services, Maintenance of lab facilities and equipmentDevelop strategies to manage and consolidate real estate service providers across geographies to improve service delivery, reduce operational expenses, provide a consistent customer experience and to leverage external spending for improving return on investments.Develop & implemented short term & long term strategic plans/workplace office guidelines.Overseeing the operation, staffing, performance and development of facilities management service delivery staff.Managing capital and expense budgets related to ongoing operations and construction/remodeling projects.
