Job Description

    About the Role- We are seeking a talented leader to lead our Analytics division and develop a long-term roadmap for analytic capabilities. This is an opportunity to drive a broad charter and manage stakeholders across teams - business, product, and technology. This team provides a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and new opportunitiesResponsibilities:- Partnering with business and technology leaders to develop data-driven business strategy.- Guiding thought leadership on analytical best practices, strategy and vision.- Finding insights that influence decisions spanning from early data explorations about user behavior to multivariate experiments and optimizations.- Being an SME on industry trends & competitive landscape: Enabling partner teams to grow with best practices and the right way of problem-solving.- Leading and mentoring fellow peers and helping them reach their potentialRequirements :- 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 6+ years in data science and analytics execution.- Be able to manage a team of high-performance individuals. Also, mentor and grow them.- Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment, ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.- Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze and present data and drive clear insights to lead decisions that improve KPIs.- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with senior management, other departments and partners.- Experience in R, Python, PySpark.- Experience working with AWS Big Data Technologies (EMR, Redshift, S3).- Experience in at least one visualization platform such as Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire, Metabase, or ReDash.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize conflicting requirements- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to succinctly summarize the key finding,
