Leading a team of 4-10 Franchise Development Managers, helping them recruit more Franchises and ensuring Maker labs sign ups on a monthly target basis . Extremely Fluent in Hindi English. 2 to 5 years of Sales experience in franchisee appointments or Managerial Experience of a similar business line in India. Should have the Executional ability to manage a team of 15 members Personally execute on strategy and follow through on all stages of sale to the point of closing Should have experience in selling to any of the two industries Franchisee appointing in Education or Restaurants. In-depth knowledge of Franchisee method of business development. Executive who is equally comfortable developing strategy/systems and selling. Strong financial skills for tracking and analyzing sales and key economic indicators. Very aggressive and go getter. Comply with internal CRM Reporting to the CEO, manage the team of 10 in taking responsibility of successful Franchise Closures on monthly Targets Ability to help develop Processes, systems and analyse challenges and provide solutions to the Challenges faced by the team. Is comfortable taking a sales target for the team and shows regular discipline in winning deals through the team. Partner closely with management team of IT and Franchise Operations to ensure prospecting and sales process is smooth and successful Prepares and submits Weekly reports for review and improvement,
