Job Description

    The candidate, as the HR lead will be responsible for improving, implementing monitoring, and controlling of all the processes under Human Resources ambit for JOST India and ensuring the compliance of all the industrial / labour laws.As an HR Head across plants, responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Demonstrate strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR initiatives with business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stake holders across the organization.Drive and execute the manpower planning across all functions based on the projected volumes & requirements. Induction and placement of new recruits including transfer of existing employees where applicable.Streamline HR operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee compliance and audits at the national level, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards. Drive the Performance Management System & Career Planning Drive the Organizational Development activities across plants.Improve / develop and implement the HR Policies in line with the business requirements on India level. Drive the Training and Development Activities.Maintenance of Industrial Discipline on country level (handling of all IR issues) Ensuring the legal compliance of the Factories and or other legal & statutory requirements Co-ordinate and execute Internal / External audits and ensure compliance. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.Industrial Relation: Dealing with Trade Union & Participating in Union Management where applicable Liaison with Govt. Authorities Viz. P.F., ESIC, Labour department, Directorate of Factories, Pollution Board, District Administration, Department of Industries, Police Personnel. Etc. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors. Where applicable, negotiating with the unions for Wage Agreements/Incentive etc. Responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle at plant and administrative related activities of the plants.
