Job Description

    HiWe require a Head Marketing for a reputed FMCG company at ChennaiPosition; Head MarketingLocation: ChennaiReporting to MDWill be responsible for developing strategies to improve Market share, New product development and launch, Consumer Research, Development of Merchandising and Promotional programs to support sales organisation etc.He will manage all the brands of the company and will be responsible for the achievement of targeted contribution in the Profit and Loss account of the company and its market shares.JD1.Responsible for Innovations, designing, and executing new product development and marketing strategies.2.Strong business and financial acumen and the ability to link marketing strategy and results directly to overall business strategy and company financial goals.3.The ability to develop a strategy from an in-depth analysis of consumer and/or customer insights.4. Formulating and deciding brand strategy, including brand map, positioning & communication5. Achievement of top line, market share and bottom line targets for the brands6. Preparation, implementation and review of medium/long term marketing strategies (ATL/BTL)7.Conceptualize & implement 360-degree(Integrated) marketing and communication programs.8. Coordinating with advertising agencies and media houses for brand collateral and brand activations.9. Conceptualize and deploy the digital and social media campaigns in line with brand plans.10.Should translate brand strategies into brand / marketing plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies both short term and long term.Age Below 45 years.Education : MBA/PGDM from Premium institutionsSalary CTC Maximum Gross Rs.18 LPA based on your current CTC.Experience: Minimum 7 years as a Head Marketing/GM/DGM/ Marketing Manager from reputed FMCG Food companies.If your experience suits our JD Please share your resume to hidden_email
