Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by focusing on service skills and ensuring that all required operational parameters are met and adhered to. Your daily tasks will involve interacting with customers, clarifying and resolving their complaints and queries, determining the causes of the issues, and providing the best resolutions.Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer satisfaction on every call / e-mail.- Ensure closure of the ticket / e-mail within the prescribed TAT.- Provide speedy resolution.- Willingness to work in rotational offs & rotational shifts.- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint.Qualifications Required:- Graduate or equivalent education.- Minimum of 0 5 years of work experience.- Experience in customer service or call center background is preferred.- Strong communication skills.- Good interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of multiple languages like Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi will be an added advantage.
