Job Description

Knowledge in Construction, Facility managementAnalytical Skill, Problem Solving, Perseverance in Target, New Idea implementation and Managerial SkillChartered Engineer is preferred and Knowledge in Auto CAD drawingsAround 15 years in Construction Field

  • Understand Organizational business needs and objectives, Set business plan in line with it.
  • Provide clear vision to team members for project objectives.
  • Motivate & inspire team members to complete the task with safety & quality
  • Co-ordination, monitoring and achievement of Major Construction projects.
  • Planning, organizing and delegate activity for Factory Beautification works.
  • Facility management; leading , developing an evolutionary environment benchmarking best practices in the field.
  • Report to Top Management on Weekly / Monthly / Project wise activities of the Dep.
  • Ensure Team fulfills the ISO 45001 and EMS requirements for ISO Audit.
  • Planning of Supplementary & Revenue Budget based on the strategic plan and effective usage of allotted budget.
