Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Oversee asset management for Wind Assets ensuring smooth functioning and performance as per defined business plan
    • Support business planning and budgeting for Wind Assets to drive increased capacity utilization and asset reliability
    • Ensure to develop and sustain Team competencies and a strong culture of Operation Excellence within team constantly upgrading the O&M strategy and practices to keep up with the business challenges. Drive initiatives to build team competency for in-house management of all O&M related activities
    • Track performance business plan providing regular meaningful updates to management
    • Identify major O&M issues impacting safety, performance and availability of the Assets; Coordinate with O&M contractors to resolve them
    • Review performance of wind assets against defined KPIs; Conduct root cause analysis of major equipment failures and organize rectification of the same
    • Ensure all energy invoices are raised promptly in compliance to terms and conditions of the contract and documents; Interact with Finance and Sales teams to resolve any issues related to payment and billings.
    • Provide support to service teams to ensure O&M activities are carried as per Senvion quality, safety standards and contract timelines.
    • Develop a workforce which is capable, skilled motivated and sensitive to Senvion Indias culture.
    • Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with all key stakeholders to help safeguard Senvion Indias interests within the limits of organizational guidelines and policies.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Experience in complete lifecycle of wind power project Operation & Maintenance & site operations.
    • Asset Management, Site Supervision, Resource Planning, Process Enhancement, Cost Reduction.
    • Root Cause / Breakdown Analysis Schedules/ Planned/ Preventive Maintenance
    • Inventory Management Contracting and Contract implementations.
    • Strong Leadership Skills & team player qualities.
