Job DescriptionThe role will be part of the Solutions CoE group within SCIO & will be responsible for creating solutions around Products & Services pertaining to Healthcare verticalsSolution Proposal Preparation/ Management based on Clients needs. Understand and analyze the Clients needs. Work with the domain experts to tailor a solution using the existing offerings and expertise.Visualizing and optimizing presentation of the proposal content using various techniques. Creating proposal presentation decks (PowerPoint), presenting proposals to customers. Conducting Platform Demos.Working as a Implementation Manager to the Delivery team during the transition of the won opportunities to the Delivery during kick-off and Discovery phase(Discovery agenda finalization, facilitation material preparations, dry runs and actual engagement)Ability to acquire deep domain/ technical and business knowledge across the various business lines.Experience in performing Business Analysis, Data Analysis & Functional testing of productsRequires key Business/ Domain expertise preferably extensive experience in Healthcare with skills to do Market Researches pertaining to Product StrategyAbility to strategize and create content relevant to a specific audiencePreferred experience with product launches and scaling, Market Intelligence & BrandingPreferred knowledge on Healthcare Data processing, Data analysis & Reporting PlatformsAbility to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, content, marketing, product & others teamsResult oriented without compromising quality standardsFlexible and adaptive approach to workThrives on multi-tasking and works well under pressure;Excellent oral and written communicationMeticulous attention to detailWork Experience 2-6 yearsPresently working in a healthcare IT/ services organization (preferred)MBA from Reputed college/ university Indian/ International.Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs.,
