JOB ROLE User Experience (UX) Architect for Design and Development of User Experience/ User Interface (UX/ UI) Components for Web/ Mobile Applications. JOB DESCRIPTION As a UX Architect in our team, you will have to design, translate and extend our brands aesthetic into innovative and interactive front - end designs. You should be excited to solve next - generation design problems beyond existing computing paradigms. You will be responsible for designs engaging user experiences for our customer facing applications compatible with the range of iOS, Android and Windows devices including mobiles, tablets and computers. An ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in developing high quality interactive and creative UX/ UI components in a fast paced and innovative development environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Explore and design dynamic and compelling consumer experiences and document Information Architecture for mobile and web applications. Ideate, generate and develop concepts through Drawing Skills, mood board, mind mapping, metaphor, themes, semiotics styles and sketchbook technique. Think, design, and create wireframe models and visual design 2D/ 3D components. Research Interactive Design Technology trends for the next generation modular web and mobile applications across a range of devices. Research and develop quality Human Computer Interfaces like AR/ VR applications. Performance and optimization tuning of client facing cohesive web/ mobile user interfaces. Pay strong attention to detail, and bridge the gap between design and development of user interfaces. Relevant professional and creative experience, much more than just pretty - making. Interest in technology and curiosity around the future of computing and experience platforms. Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Rails, JavaScript/ JQuery, Objective C (iOS) , C++ (Android) . Ability to rapidly generate compelling, relevant graphics, icons and interfaces, and to design in a range of styles; Strong on - screen typographic sensibility. Ability to combine analytical problem solving with refined graphic design skills; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) , Maya and associated design tools experience is a must. Team player capable of working well with others and leveraging other peoples skills and strengths to deliver a stellar product with excellent communication skills. Systematic thinking and a desire to make/ prototype solutions in order to fail fast and learn quickly. Professional, responsible, flexible and extremely reliable with strong problem - solving skills; Ability to create a cohesive user experience across multiple web applications. Ability to multi - task and manage tasks with varying priorities and to work enthusiastically in an international team. Bachelors or Masters Degree in User Experience/ Interaction Design and Development or equivalent experience.,
