This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.JOB PURPOSETo discharge operational duties of the OTC Derivative operations confirmations team.To ensure adherence to processes and controls as detailed in the DOI.To ensure timely, accurate and error free processing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProducing/Chasing/Matching transaction documentation for OTC vanilla and complex derivatives transactions supporting all global regionsAwareness on important regulatory reporting like Dodd Frank / EMIR.Management of production workflow ensuring all trades are issued/matched within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)Develop relationships with the various internal vendors (for example, Middle Office, Front Office, Legal and Customer Services Groups) in ensuring all due diligence is performed in preparation for deal execution to be proceedAssist in production of various reports to be presented to Senior ManagementsHeavy involvement with project initiatives to improve the Documentation platformsManagement of operational risks within the daily processesDeveloping and implementing of innovative solutions, providing value added support to new markets and new productsContinually seeking new opportunities for improvement for personal and professional development within the team and across the bankKEY RELATIONSHIPSFO, MO, OCC, TCRM, Settlements, Static and other support teamsKEY MEASURESFocus and discipline / Maintain and sustain a performance culture / continuous improvement and customer focus / living our values and strive for service excellence.,
