Job Description

  • Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Basic knowledge in WINTEL / Network Concepts / O365 will add value
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Video and Acano Infrastructure
  • In-depth understanding of protocols and call flows
  • Hands-on experience with leading VTC equipment (Cisco/Video/Polycom)
  • Operates and maintains Video Teleconferencing Component Systems (VTC)
  • Provides installation and technical support, and training for all Audio and Video Teleconference systems.
  • Troubleshooting various Cisco VTC systems
  • Provides daily management of site VTC and Conference Room systems such as scheduling VTC with external sites, configuring rooms to meet requirements for scheduled conferences.
  • Troubleshoots all VTC hardware and software issues and outages
  • The operation, maintenance, scheduling and support of desktop and conference room VTC systems.
  • Hands-on experience on Cisco VCS / Expressway core and edge
  • Hands-on experience on TMS and Acano management tools
  • Knowledge of Vyopta / CISCO Meeting Management
  • Experience in Digital Signage solutions with (22miles)
  • Managing and Troubleshooting Passive Signages and Wayfinders globally
  • Digital Signage Content upload/Layout/Map Modification (22 miles)
  • Knowledge of Filemaker Application and Maplayout migration from PROD/PREPROD
  • Digital Signage License provisioning (22 miles)
  • Mersive Wireless display pods management/troubleshooting (Solstice)
  • Mersive Wireless display pods update / packaging and global deployment
  • Experience with Audio Digital Signal Processors (Biamp)
  • Experience with Control system installation and
programming (RMS- AMX ) also in Managing Troubleshooting In-Room / Room-Booking Panels configured with the AMX-Controllers / I/O-8 / Room-sensors and other devices configurable with RMS-AMX integrated with RS232 Protocol
  • Experience with leading Meeting room management devices (Cisco/AMX/Extron/22miles/Solstice)
  • Experience with managing AV installation teams to include scheduling/customer interface/on-site troubleshooting
  • Operates and maintains Video Teleconferencing Component Systems (VTC) and Audio Visual (A/V) suites.
  • Provides installation and technical support, and training for all Audio and Video Teleconference systems.
