Join us on our journey to advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Role & ResponsibilitiesWe are searching for a Buyer, Sr. Buyer Indirect Procurement with Excellent Communication skills and who wants to make a real impact on the Supply Chain Management Industry.As a Buyer, Sr. Buyer Indirect Procurement You will:Deliver as per customer needsReview and monitor purchase requisitionsManage supplier communicationDeal with invoice discrepanciesEnsure compliance with strategic procurementRunning compliance checks on all PR(Purchase requisition) incoming via ERP.Create POs post successful compliance checks.Ensure on time delivery of material to support productionShould be able to contribute towards process improvements and implement cost saving procurement strategiesQualifications & ExperienceMinimum Requirements
• Any bachelor degree with min 3 years of exp in indirect procurement buying role
• Flexible to work in Night Shifts
Desired Qualifications Good organizational - ability to prioritize and do problem solving, fair amount of years of experience in a purchasingStrong negotiation skillsGood technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcingConduct competitive bidsIdentify cost reduction opportunitiesGood understanding of Procure to Pay cycle, Order management, RFQ Process & Supplier management.Knowledge of ERP systems preferable SAP AribaBuilding good relationship with the global team/partners/stakeholdersShould have experience in handling indirect procurementCoordination with supplier to ensure timely delivery of materialExcellent written and oral communication skillsHow Youll GrowAt HCLTech, we offer continuous opportunities for you to find your spark and grow with us.
