3+ years experience in Novell/NetIQ IDAM tools covering NetIQ Access Manager, NetIQ Identity Manager and eDirectory. Around 2+ years of experience in leading production support involving NetIQ IDAM tools. Must have sound knowledge of Information Security principles. Sound understanding of network & security infrastructure with experience of closely working with infrastructure/network teams for troubleshooting & issue resolution.Experience delivering major pieces of work in a complex project environment. To provide maintenance and support of Novell Identity Manager interfaces and Novell Access Management application systems to enable system availability, reliability and achievement of service level requirements. Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting and consultative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
