Job Description

Hiring for Executive Assistant to M.D for leading FMCG company, Corporate Office at Arumbakkam,Chennai.

  • Candidate must be From Top Business Schools or Finance Background
  • Candidate must be well versed with Finance Planning, Fund Management, & Corporate strategy
  • Development and implementation of communication strategies, procedures and guidelines to support the Units objectives and provides a liaison function between the unit departments & clients.
  • Correspondence on all routine office matters pertaining to Finance & Business activities.
  • The candidate should be part of monthly review process of business,
  • Should be part of assistance in business strategy and its implementation
  • Prepare the Minutes of Meeting and communicate the same to concern departments / person and update to senior management.
  • Managing daily activities of the Senior Management.
  • Fixing business appointments, meetings and related pre post event management.
  • Update Calendar / Diary management, interact with both internal and external executives and clients as well as consultant to coordinate and arrange a variety of meetings.
  • Ensure availability of appropriate records and maintain the confidentiality of the records of the Office
