Job Description

    Achievement of Business Plans1. Ability to manage all the parameters of their business; Recruitment Activation Premium Collection Case Rate and Case count Persistency2.Ensure that the IMFs are engaged, motivated and productive by forging astrong relationship3.Ensure that IMFs are constantly inducted, activated and productive4.Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the IMFs income exceedsbenchmark5.Drive the R&R schemes floated by HO, ZO and branch6. Support the IMFs in liaison with the HO for addressing their requirements/concerns7. Being fully compliant to all the norms laid down by the regulators and thecompany8. Manage channel conflicts in the team9. To achieve product wise targets & profitability10. Understand the IMFs business in depth and seek opportunities for businessdevelopment and revenue generationTeam Building1. Goal setting of all IMFs in the team2. Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the relationshipthey are managing to ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals3.
