Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities :
    • Managing incoming (and outgoing) calls and email enquiries
    • Answering detailed product and service questions
    • Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternative
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
    • Compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction
    • Significant contact (Written and Verbal) with our shipping carriers/partners in order resolve issues, gain updates, relay shipping information, etc
    Desired Candidate Profile :
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Confidence on the phone
    • Basic data entry knowledge
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
    • Capacity to work independently and proactively
    • High aptitude for following communication guidelines, procedures and policies
    • Should be flexible to work in the Australian Shift timings(Any one 9 hours between 2.30am to 1.30pm)
