Job Description

    Dear Applicants,We are looking for aLead Engineer Service Operations with 10+ years of Experience.Job DescriptionTeam Lead for the Service Operations Center (SOC) team to support the growing number of OTT customers in VOD and Live streaming platforms. SOC Lead primary focus will be to be highly proficient in troubleshooting processes and issues, Communicate with stakeholders, to guide team members and also to work in a dynamic operational center including receiving direction from multiple parties and correlating action items and to prioritize dynamic tasks received during the workday.About The Role--Primarily Focused on:* Manage day-to-day 24/7 Support operations and escalations* Maintain a strong working relationship and a high standard for effective communication with customers* Lead team to exceed/meet customer/project expectations.* Develop and manage shift schedules, assess resource requirements.* Maintain a strong working relationship with Engineering, Development, and other key stakeholders within the company* Identify and document root cause analysis on customer / project issues; present findings internally and to the customer; drive improvement steps to eliminate re-occurrence.* Generate key reports for customers and management* Establish and maintain command and control during support events* Implement process and measurements to continually drive quick and efficient troubleshooting and problem resolution.* Ensuring all new processes are documented and distributed to the team.* Ensuring all production impacting work is communicated to all internal and external stakeholders.About You:* Min of 10+ years experience IT Industry* Well-developed people management and conflict resolution skills* At least 3-5 years working experience as a lead in running 24 *7 NOC/SOC and Technical support centres* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with management, peers, and most important, customers* Excellent critical thinking skills* Experience in running Support events including Internal/External communications.* Working knowledge on:- different Operating systems (Linux, Ms Windows Server)- virtualization technologies (HyperV, vmWare)- Cloud environment (GCP/Azure/AWS)- Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)Regards,Mayank HR,Address:AVISKARAN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITEDContact: Mayank/hidden_mobile/Whatsapp,Email:hidden_email
