Job Description

  • Technical Skills :
CA7,Control-M, ESP and Console Operation
  • Job description: 1) Candidate should have min. 3 years of hands on experience in batch and Console Operation
2) Should have knowledge on different monitoring tools CA7,Control-M, ESP
  • 3) Should be comfortable working 24*7.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Providing Batch support for 24x 7 which involves monitoring the batch cycle, escalating/fixing the failures as per documentation/instructions.
  • First & Second level break-fix support for Mainframe-Infrastructure and its components.
  • Ensuring the Timeliness of the batch cycles and availability of online regions
  • Resolving Adhoc / Single run / On demand requests made by the onsite
  • Monitoring the special critical processing during the Weekend, Month end, Quarter end and Year-end batch Cycles.
  • Escalate deviations in batch schedule
  • Restart, cancel, force complete jobs as per application requests.
