Designation Title : Digital Marketing Reporting to : Head Digital MarketingRole Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for managing our digital marketing strategy & execution for Bharat Matrimony, Community Matrimony, Elite Matrimony and our Global Dating Site Muslim Match websites and Apps. Successful candidate would have 5 -8 years of experience in working with digital first brands in areas of paid and organic campaigns on relevant digital platforms. This is an individual contributor role and will have strong alignment with Performance marketing team, SEO Specialists, Product Managers and Sales Team. Key Responsibilities:- Responsibilities will include strategy & execution across Search, Social, Display, Video platforms for both Awareness & Performance marketing- Work closely with Digital Head, CMO and product leads to create and identify key new digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, acquire new customers, generate app engagements & retention - Build marketing campaigns with effective storytelling, creatives and communication across our products and markets - Drive the key metrics for Growth and performance marketing within the organisation- Budget & ROAS management for Digital marketing, measure campaign impact and effectiveness of creative, segmentation, and channel. - Work with product team for in-app communication through gamification, engagement ideas and breakthrough content & creatives- Develop quarterly marketing calendar of campaigns around themes, sales events & promotions- Day to Day digital agency co-ordination for campaign launches, scaling and optimization - Competition tracking & analysis (Campaigns, Platforms, Partnerships, Positioning) Skill and Competencies:- Proven working experience as a new age marketer handling significant advertising budgets - Strong understanding of global digital landscape and platforms, media and ecommerce/internet industry - Stellar track record in planning and developing digital brand and media campaigns across key channels that support customer acquisition objectives- Experience on Content & Influencer marketing and Social Media for Brand reach & Engagement- Demonstrable Performance Marketing experience (SEM, UAC, FB AAA, Apple App Store, Affiliates) and managing campaigns to drive leads/user acquisitions & retention through performance optimization- Basic knowledge of SEO & ASO to closely work with SEO team- Experience using industry leading tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe DMP, HootSuite, Facebook Insights, TweetDeck, Talkwalker etc Education and Experience - MBA (FT) with specialization in marketing from Tier 1 institutes - Fulltime Digital Marketing Course & Google Certification will be added advantage - S/he must have at 5 -8 years of relevant hands-on work experience - Preferred industries- Internet, eCommerce, App based business & Consumer Electronics Job Location : ChennaiAbout Matrimony.com :Matrimony.com Ltd is Indias first pure play Consumer Internet Company to get listed.
