Experience on other technologies are welcome, Work hand in hand with the Architecture team and provide input into the overall strategy for Backup technologies, Good experience in provisioning and supporting Backups for Virtual Environment, Windows, UNIX / Linux, Business Applications and Databases,Good Knowledge of Storage Technologies.Ability to provide 24x7 support. Availability to work nights and weekends as required for systems maintenance and critical support. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Must be a certified Backup Administrator i.e. Veritas Netbackup Certified Administrator. Proven ability to develop, implement, and communicate best practices for Backup in a large customer environment. Restore data from tapes/storage as per customer request. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures. Experience in managing/supporting multiple Customer/Datacenter environment remotely. Focus on automation and service improvement. Key Skills: .
