Job Description

    Summary -Monthly capacity and productivity metrics of your unit to be shared - Productivity should be > 85% Mandate registration initiation for all the booked cases is completed within 5 days (Other than OTC cases).Monthly meeting with stake holders (Sales/Credit/Collection/OPS), product wise to update the registration status and the areas of improvement - analysis of rejections and eNACH penetration.Closed Escrow account list to be shared with stakeholders and deactivation of escrow account to be taken up for logical closure.Dormant Mandate - All the dormant mandates where the associated LANs are closed should be cancelled for the pending cases, and there on, this has to be carried out monthly.Dormant mandate summary which are not cancelled to be shared for review.DCFC and Compliance checklist to be shared with supervisor on weekly basisMonitor all business and ensure manadates are received and sent for registration.Provide feedback to the operations head on how to automate the processTimely and accurate preparation MIS to senior management Board meeting /ROC presentation and adhoc request raised during board meetings.Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactionsAssist auditors internal and external with documentation required for the auditors to do their job satisfactorilyMaintain required files, reports, and dataKnowledge sharing with other team members in connection with different MIS tools and databases etcCoordinating and liaising with other teams to timely deliver decks and databases etc.Automation and standardisation of all information requirements from other teams.Collaborate with IT to automate key MIS reports to facilitate accurate dissemination of information in a timely manner.Improve and enhance current MISs, work on reduction of TAT and ensuring accuracy of the same.Contact - hidden_email or hidden_mobile
