Job Description

    1. Experience in a wide verity of analytical techniques like HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, MALDI, GC, UV, SEC, GPC, etc. in the area of polymer & Speciality monomer characterization 2. Strong understanding of method development for Speciality materials 3. Establish novel analytical methods for the characterization of monomers, chemically modified and /or conjugated polymer , block copolymers or homopolymers 3. Analysis for the determination/Confirmation of Synthetic monomers by verity of analytical techniques (HRMS MALDI and LC-MS/MS analysis). 4. Strong understanding of Polymer analysis and attribute characterization 5. Knowledge of GPC Light scattering and viscometry detectors, UHPLC /UV content Assay, Impurity profiling, NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry techniques to support polymers 6. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment 7. Understanding of GLP and GMP requirements and their application in phase appropriate manner 8. RFP Evaluation and cost projection 9. Responsible for analytical technology transfer to Quality control 10. Protocol preparation and review for stability, reference standard qualification, finished product specification. 11. To discuss with cross functional teams for project requirements. 12. To have experience in handling GPC with advanced detectors like LS, Viscometry with RID & DAD 13. To have experience in polymer analysis and support in method development for specific polymer characterization requirements 14. To develop the analytical method for new projects with analytical instruments like GPC, HPLC, GC, GC-HS, LC-MS, GC-MS, Viscometry, wet analysis. 15. To discuss with cross functional teams for project requirements. 16. To have experience in handling GPC with advanced detectors like LS, Viscometry with RID & DAD 17. To have experience in polymer analysis and support in method development for specific polymer characterization requirements 18.To perform the pre validation of the newly developed methods. 19. To support for analytical method transfer from ARD to QC for GMP projects. 20. To provide the analytical support for the batch executed in the plant for raw material testing, in-process analysis, Intermediate analysis, finished product and cleaning sample analysis. 21. To prepare the COA for dispatch material and release it through SAP. 22. To maintain the reference standards of the project and perform the re testing as per schedule. 23. To perform the informal stability, FD study as per the project requirement. 24. To document the method of analysis, FD protocol, method development report, method development summary. 25. To prepare the project updates for client TC. 26. To support QC for the troubleshooting of analytical method or to investigate any discrepancy in the method.,
